RESERVATION AND PAYMENT:

Our villas can be pre-booked via the reservation form on our website or via SMS, telephone and e-mail. After you specify the dates you want to rent to the summer vacation officials and get the necessary information from you, they make the pre-rental process. Site Adı receives 35% of the total fee to be paid as a down payment after pre-rental. If the deposit is paid within 1 business day after pre-rental, the villa you have chosen is reserved and held on your behalf. You will be notified of the deposit amount you have to pay and our bank account numbers, as well as by e-mail, SMS or telephone. The deposit can be paid within 1 business day by Money Order, EFT, and again by Credit Card on the site. After the deposit is received, you will receive a written confirmation of the rental of the villa within 1 working day at the latest. Within the lease, the total price, the deposit received and the dates on which the villa was rented on your behalf and the day of the deposit you have deposited are reported. If the deposit is not deposited within 1 business day, Summer Vacation will be able to use the right to cancel the pre-reservation and receive another reservation for the villa without informing the user. The remaining fee of the villa is collected in advance after the contract is made and the villa is checked and delivered to the Villa. Again, as the villa is handed over to the user as furnished, broken, spilled, damage, loss, loss etc. Although it is a damage deposit of 500 TL / 3000 TL, this deposit is received in advance at the delivery of the Villa. Damage deposit will be returned to the user in case it is not missing after the fixtures count at the user's exit. In order to prevent the grievances that may occur due to the above reasons, it is strongly reminded that these amounts are prepared in cash on the day of arrival to the villa / apartment / flat.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION:

1) After the prepayment fee is deposited in our account, your entire prepayment fee will be forfeited for cancellations made up to 44 days before your villa check-in date. Because, all of this payment has been made as a prepayment to the landlord.

2) The remaining payment must be made in cash at the time of entrance to the villa / apart. If there is a period of 30 to 15 days left to your villa check-in date, if you want to cancel your reservation, 50% of the remaining payment amount will be collected from the customer.

3) If the cancellation of the reservation takes place 14 before the check-in date, or if the entrance is not made, the remaining amount will be collected from the customer.

4) Special circumstances of the customer are excluded from these clauses. If they provide the necessary information and documents to our company, an investigation is made and the decision is notified to them via e-mail.

5) Due to the global problems experienced in today's conditions, the people who will travel are COVID-19, there is a travel restriction including travel restriction, etc., based on the reservation made before. In such cases, if the official documents from the hospital or official authorities regarding such events are sent to us by e-mail in writing, the date change or cancellation of the booked villa, regardless of the day, will be refunded to you unconditionally.

VILLA ENTRANCE AND EXIT:

On the starting day of the reservation, the check-in time is 16:00 at the earliest, 21:00 at the latest. User; They cannot enter outside the specified hours, if they arrive after the latest check-in time, one day later, they can check in at the beginning of Site Adı (09.00) in the morning. The user; In case of arrival before or after the specified time, problems arising from the inability to enter, overnight accommodation, inability to find accommodation, etc. Summer Vacation cannot be held responsible for the problems. The user must find the place where he / she will spend the night and pay the accommodation fee. Site Adı cannot be held responsible for such situations. The departure time at the end of the reservation is 10:00 in the morning at the latest for all regions. At 10:00 in the morning, problems, damages, victimization etc. caused by the user not evacuating the villa at all or late evacuation. The user is responsible for all negativities and will cover all kinds of financial damages of Summer Vacation that may arise from these negativities. We strongly remind you that travel plans should be made according to these hours so that both parties are not victims. If you want to check out early, it is necessary to inform Summer Vacation 24 hours in advance. If the user leaves the villa without checking the villa due to the density, the damage deposit will be sent to a bank account to be notified by the user, shipping costs will be paid from the damage deposit. No refund will be made for the accommodation fee if the user leaves early on his / her own request.

VILLA CAPACITY:

Guests exceeding the capacity specified on our website or the number of people specified when making the reservation are not accepted (including children and babies). If a change in the number of persons is requested by the user after the reservation is finalized, the Summer Vacation will be applied in writing and this change can be approved according to the capacity of the villa, if the Summer Vacation deems appropriate. Site Adı will be able to charge additional fees from the user. After logging in, users other than those specified in the reservation list are not accepted. In cases where the contrary is determined, Summer Vacation has the right to request the users to leave the villa, to cancel the reservation completely or to demand that the villa be completely evacuated without waiting for the end of the rental period, to charge the entire fee and extra fee. During the rental phase of the villa, the process is carried out in line with the declaration of the user and the user accepts that the information given is correct and complete and all responsibilities arising in this regard.

VILLA / APART / APARTMENT CLEANING / MAINTENANCE AND EXTRA EXPENSES:

Daily, weekly, monthly villa / apartment rental prices include entrance cleaning. Weekly cleaning and towels / sheets, etc. for stays of 1 week or more. included in the exchange prices. Apart from that, all kinds of cleaning and towels / sheets etc. that will be requested. change is subject to a fee. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early every morning and if there is any technical problem in the villa during the rental period, it will be fixed by the landlord. Site Adı is not responsible for this, it only helps to solve the problem. In order for the periodic maintenance of the pool, garden and other fixtures of all villas / apartments / flats, the staff in charge must enter or enter the garden or inside of the villa / apartment / flat. In order for these services to be carried out without interruption, the customer must allow the staff in charge to enter the villa / apartment / apartment when necessary. Unless specified on the villa / apart / flat detail page on our website, electricity, water, bottled gas, pool lighting, internet connection and air conditioning are included in the price. Pool lighting, air conditioning and internet may not be available as standard in all our villas / apartments / flats, so it is recommended that you carefully read the properties of the villa / apartment / apartment you rented from our villa / apartment / apartment features page.

PET / SMOKING:

Unless otherwise stated, pets are not accepted in our villas. Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas of all our villas.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Depending on the characteristics of each villa, a different amount of damage deposit will be collected from the user. This deposit amount will be written in the confirmation document sent to the user during the reservation process. Damage deposit will be collected from the user in cash on the check-in day, and in the control to be carried out before the user leaves, the villa / apartment / apartment delivered in good condition will be damaged, missing, etc. if not, it will be returned in cash. The deposit will be sent to an account number to be received from the user in the event that the user wants to leave an hour earlier than specified in the contract or if the exit control cannot be made due to the intensity. If the resulting damage exceeds the amount of the deposit received, the user will be asked to pay for this damage, otherwise legal actions will be taken.
